WARNING: Damaged power cord can make the entire fountain unusableWARNING: Damaged power cord can ...

UPDATE: Riley customer service worked with me and sent me a replacement. The fountain is back to working fine. The service was timely and helpful so I am updating from one star to 5. I amVery pleased with the fountain.I was initially happy with this fountain, but my experience after the power cord was damaged completely changed my opinion of the product and the company. The fountain comes with an extremely long power cord that is obviously intended to run outdoors and into a pond. Unfortunately, if that cord gets cut or damaged, there does not appear to be a practical way to replace it.I contacted RELIY for help, and what was especially concerning was their response. They initially suggested that I replace the damaged power cord. The problem is that the cord is hardwired directly into the motor and is not actually a replaceable component. The company suggested a repair that does not appear to be possible on their own product. That did not give me much confidence in either their product support or their understanding of how the fountain is constructed. That means damage to one power cord can essentially render the entire fountain useless. For an outdoor pond product with a long cord running across the property and underwater, cord damage should be a foreseeable issue. I would expect either a replaceable cord, a replacement motor/cord assembly, an authorized repair option, or at minimum some meaningful support from the manufacturer.Instead, I’m left with a fountain that otherwise worked fine but may now be unusable because of one damaged component.

Very pleased with the ease of putting together and the power displayed in creating a very strong fountain spray design is fantastic. I inquired about a different design of the fountain and they are sending me a new pattern option.

Very pleased with the fountain. Unfortunately the lights quit working. Something I already knew was a problem. The box that controls the lights went bad. I've tested it and know it's the problem. I have not contacted the seller because it's was posted in reviews. I already knew it might be a problem

Wonderful!!!

[Color: Blue B]
I received the fountain and hooked it up a few weeks later, as I was waiting for an extension cord to be delivered. There was water spewing from the side. The housing was cracked. I was one day late for Amazon return. I called Amazon, who put me in contact with the seller. They replaced the fountain. I received it in 3 days! This fountain is wonderful. It is powerful and makes a huge water feature! I highly recommend!!

Yes, it was more than half the price of the original and looks much better, easy to install and stays in place, so far it has been dependable, quite and the residents love it.

★★★★★ Exactly What I Was Looking For

[Color: Blue a]
I spent way too much time comparing aerators before pulling the trigger on this one, and I’m glad I did.My biggest concern was whether it would actually move enough water to justify the price, but once installed, that concern disappeared pretty quickly. The fountain pattern looks great, the water movement is strong, and the pond immediately felt more alive.Installation was straightforward. I’m not an electrician or pond expert, and I didn’t run into any major headaches getting it set up.What I appreciate most is that it does what it’s supposed to do without a bunch of gimmicks. Good circulation, solid aeration, and it looks clean from a distance. The motor has been reliable, starts up without issue, and hasn’t given me any problems. If you’re on the fence like I was, I’d say it’s worth it. There are cheaper options out there, but I’d rather buy something once than replace it a year later.Overall, very happy with the purchase and would buy it again.Value for money: 5/5Power: 5/5Water flow: 5/5Installation: 5/5Reliability: 5/5

Great Company

[Color: Black E]
UPDATE: I left the review below initially. The company contacted me and offered to supply a new fountain free of charge. It arrived yesterday, installed today and it works as described. Would have give it 5 stars if it had the ability to select color combinations (for holidays: 4th of July--red, white, blue; Halloween--Orange and purple, etc.). One wouldn't think it would be that difficult to add that feature as I bought a $20 fairy set of lights that has that option. But, it does work as described and is from a great company that stands behind it's product.PREVIOUS REVIEW:The fountain only sprays to maybe five feet high and a diameter of maybe twenty--long way from 7' x 30'. Can't be because the intake is obstructed because that was the max out of the box. Also, have lighting issues--supposed to be able to select a singular color, but I have to either continually turn lights on and off or rotate between the colors as initially I will have three lights one color and the fourth is a different color. Would be nice to program lights individually, but that's not an option according to the manufacturer which is fine, but would be nice if the lights at least worked as intended.
