My ring light worked well for the first few times it was used with my iPad. I love the options for light color and intensity. However, this ring light only lasted four month. I am now on the hunt for another.

This is has really come in handy when taking pictures! It's light weight, clips on my iPhone with my case on it nicely and it stays secure. It has warm and cool lighting and adjustable brightness! It does come with a charging cable and charges quickly while retaining that charge for a few days! It's easy to take out of the box and use immediately! Definitely recommend!

I love this light! It's such a easy/simple but very noticeable upgrade for my photos/videos on my phone. The lighting in my room isn't the best, and I was getting so frustrated with grainy, dark photos. This little gadget has completely solved that problem!It has three different light modes (cold, natural, and warm) and five brightness levels, so I can always get the perfect lighting no matter where I am. I've used it for everything from facetiming to filming videos, and it's made a huge difference in the quality of my videos.I also love that it's rechargeable and so portable. I can just clip it onto my phone and film, no cords or anything crazy.It's a great value for the price and it's made a huge difference for me!

I bought this mainly to help with Zoom meetings when I work from home. I tried the ring light on a desktop computer, tablet and iPhone, and all worked well, as long as I positioned the clip at one end of the screen so it didn’t cover any part of the camera. The clip is sturdy enough to keep the light in place, but still gentle on the screen. The ring light has three different modes (which you cycle through using the power button), and each mode has four levels of brightness that you can adjust with the + and - buttons. Most of the settings are too bright to stare into for an extended period of time, though, so those are probably better suited for photographs than videoconferences. My favorite setting ended up being the natural light/low brightness, as it looks the most flattering on camera.The only downsides are that 1) The light did not work well with a virtual Zoom background. I tried it on the “warm” setting, and it created black blotches behind me periodically and my coworker said it made my hair look like it had been dyed. I don’t know if this is a problem with this particular ring light, though, or an issue with ring lights and virtual Zoom backgrounds in general. 2) When you turn it on, the light automatically goes to the brightest setting no matter what it was set on last, so it’s blinding every single time you turn it on. And 3) Some of the product description for this item is incorrect. The light is advertised as having five different levels of brightness whereas mine only has four. And the description mentions an “SOS function” when you double click the power button but mine does not do this no matter how many different ways I try to double click it.Despite these shortcomings, this is an inexpensive, portable, versatile solution for better lighting and I’m glad I got it.
