This is essentially identical to a 20 year old Seagull fixture I replaced this with.I'm at a Del Webb (Pulte) in Central Florida and my HOA requires this model. The old fixture held up well in the Florida weather, with my house getting full sun, but the framing around the glass panes had become brittle leaving gaps and couldn't keep a good weather resistant seal.

Very good quality. I like it.

The installation is fairly easy. The only issue is that the provided instruction does not mention how to access the inside when replacing light bulb becomes necessary. The user needs to be imaginary.

The front post light wasn't working in our new house. The previous owners said it never worked for them and they didn't even know how to turn it on. They said they believed a branch had fallen on it and damaged it. After troubleshooting the whole thing, I found it was the light assembly, and that that particular assembly hadn't been made since 2012. There are nine other matching light assemblies on the house, so I either had to find something that was close, or face costly prospect of replacing ten lights. This one matches pretty close and because it is some 60 feet out from the house, you can't even notice the slight difference. It installed easily, works as expected, and actually looks much better than the 18 year old damaged unit it replaced.

This is a very classic looking lamp post head, post sold separately. The beveled glass looks great putting out plenty of light because of the generous amount of glass. Holds 2 bulbs that you choose the wattage depending on how bright your needs are, I use 2 Philips LED warm glow 7 watt bulbs that put out 60 watt equivalent amount of light. With only 14 watts of total power usage I'm amazed how well this Lamp lights up my front yard, I run it all night long every night. You'll need a 3 inch OD post to mount this to, the wiring is easy just don't forget to ground it using the bare copper braided wire all ready attached to the lamp head base. I'm very pleased with the classic look and performance of this 2 light lamp post head.
