These worked great to transition to 12v LED under cabinet lighting. The only reason I did not rate them 5 stars was because they hum a little when they are on. You do not notice unless the kitchen is quiet and you are standing close to the switch. The dimming capability is excellent with the LED light strips we purchased. One photo included is at the brightest and then lowest setting. Overall, I think I would purchase again because it did make the install easy without having to use a bulky volt reducing box.

At first glance you'd think this is an expensive little device, but it is worth every penny. Do away with step down transformer/driver with this all in one, works perfectly, and the level of dimming is second to none. I am incredibly impressed with how fluid the dimming is and the percentages are far beyond other dimmers I have used. This is a true 0-100 light output from whatever dimmable fixture you attach it to. I used mine to connect five 12v cabinet downlights stringed together and there is 0 difference in output between the 1st in line and 5th, no matter what percentage of dimming you're at. Works perfectly.
