Street Light/Barn Light install

[Size: 5000K, Wattage: 150 Watts]
This light is designed for a pole. If fitting to a wall you may need to create a way to secure the weight and may need longer fastenings than provided. Instructions are good. All fixings are provided. Assembly is easy and because the anchor piece is separate it means the weight of the light does not interfere with initial fastening. In operation the light sensor shield can not shutout strong sunlight, but enough for initial testing. Extremely bright.

Fantastic security light

[Size: 6000K, Wattage: 150 Watts]
I noticed that the area between my garage and home got extreamly dark at night. This is an area that I often park my work van at. My work van has hundreds to thousands dollar of equipment that was sitting in the dark. This light provides bright light to deter anyone from breaking into my van. This light easily illuminates the area and gives us a sense of security. This was easy to install. I actually attached it at the highest point of my garage roof. I had to supply my own screws for that installation. It does come with what you need to attach to a pole. It has a dusk to dawn sensor so no need to manually turn it on. However, if you prefer to manually control this light it is possible. This is made of quality material and feels heavy duty. Feels substantial and able to withstand any weather. Sleek and thin giving your light a more modern look. This is offered at an incredible price. I am extreamly happy with the quality of this light. Would and will be purchasing more.

This light is perfect for illuminating an outdoor area for security.

[Size: 6000K, Wattage: 150 Watts]
I installed this 150W LED parking lot light on a 10 foot pole in the back of your house. Itโ€™s been up for several weeks and is perfect. It sheds tons of light and illuminates the whole area. The brightness is better than most other lights I have used. The 6000K, 22,500 lm output lights up a wide area with a clean and crisp bright white that makes the yard and parking area feel very safe at night. There are no obvious dark spots thanks to this light. The build quality is excellent. It has a solid die-cast aluminum housing. It's a solid light head and has a hefty substantial feel. It's not light weight. The heat dissipation design works great as it is not overly hot after being on a long time the unit stays cool to the touch. It seems to be very weather resistant. Weโ€™ve had rain and wind since installation and the light shows no issues in extreme wet conditions. The photocell works and is reliable it comes on at dusk and off at dawn every day. It's easy to mount and the light head is adjustable from 0ยฐ to 180ยฐ angle. It comes with everything needed to install. Except the pole of course. It is well built and heavier than some cheaper light heads so make sure your pole and point plate is sturdy. It is a solid, very bright, and a reliable lamp head. It's great for parking lots, driveways, barns, or any outdoor area that needs wide, consistent illumination. I can highly recommend this light if you need a bright light to illuminate an area outdoors.

Massive, Extremely Bright Outdoor Light โ€“ Great Performance with One CaveatMassive, Extremely Bri...

[Size: 6000K, Wattage: 150 Watts, Size: 6000K, Wattage: 150 Watts]
I installed the Ipackorin 150W LED Parking Lot Light (6000K, 120V with photocell), and the first thing I can say is โ€” this thing is MASSIVE and incredibly bright. It lights up a large area with ease and completely transforms the visibility around my property. The 6000K color temperature produces a crisp, cool white light that feels clean and high-output, similar to commercial parking lot lighting. The built-in photocell is a great feature โ€” it automatically turns on at dusk and off at dawn, making it very convenient and low-maintenance. Once installed, itโ€™s basically set-it-and-forget-it.A couple of things to consider:โ€ข Itโ€™s physically substantial, so make sure you have a sturdy mounting location.โ€ข I did not see a clear UL certification listed. That may or may not matter depending on your needs, but if you require certified fixtures for inspection, insurance, or rebates, you may want to confirm that before purchasing.Overall, if you want extremely bright, wide-coverage outdoor lighting and donโ€™t mind the industrial size, this is a strong performer. Iโ€™m giving it 4 stars because of the certification question, but in terms of brightness and output, it absolutely delivers.

Lots of light in an extremely well built package that should last us over thirteen years.

[Size: 6000K, Wattage: 150 Watts]
The gable end of my shop faces the side of my house about 75' away, and over the last twenty years I've had to replace the yard light at the peak of that gable twice. The fixture is about 16' above the parking area below, and it sits just below the roof peak behind it. This coincidentally faces the fixture away from our very consistent prevailing winds, so that means it gets beat on less by the wind and less driven rain than if was mounted on any of the other sides. My expectations for the lights that preceded this were that I'd have to install it once and hopefully only have to climb the ladder to replace a bulb maybe once every two years or so. Boy was I mistaken. The first light lasted a whole six years years, and with the 200 watt metal-halide bulbs lasting barely a year, this arrangement would end up being he most expensive to own and operate, to say nothing of the fun of having to climb the ladder and hang backwards near the top to get at the bulb to change it (the fixture had an tubular arching arm that it attached to that had it stand off of the building by almost three feet). The ballast in that blew out one day, so I decided that was a good excuse to try something more economical to operate and switched to a high output CFL fixture.Well, at least it used less electricity. The bulbs lasted a tiny bit longer, but the brightest bulb I could find for it was 150 watts, and I don't recall the actual lumens, but it was always something of a disappointment. This newer fixture cost as much as the metal halide at the time, but it was definitely a lot more cheaply built, and a few years ago the too thin aluminum reflector was completely ripped off during a storm, never to be seen again. Ever since we made do with a woefully inadequate solar LED fixture that was so weak that I had to drop it down to right at the top of the shop overhead door, which at twelve feet above the surrounding grade does very little to illuminate anything not directly under it. So we were due for something better.First of all, this fixture is made of a cast aluminum alloy of some sort, and it is both thick and substantial. The frame doubles as a huge heat sink to keep the LED ballast cool no doubt, and there are LED's a plenty. The adjustable angle of the head allows for a generous half circle arc of swing, so you're not stuck with whatever direction the factory chose. The LED array is pretty impressive in terms of size and pattern, giving great dispersion when I mounted this back up at the 16' height that our original light had been at.The included hardware is quite beefy, which matches the light, with the two main attachment bolts being substantial cap head types that appear to be stainless steel, so bonus points for that consideration. They even include a very sturdy Allen wrench to aid in installing it, and I mean sturdy, not some use it once little Swedish furniture store kinda thing. You can actually grab this one with your whole hand. Another thoughtful design element is the modular aspect, which allows you to hang and wire the base without having to wrestle the big cast alloy head that houses the LEDs. Something this light's predecessors were not so gracious about. For our application this 150 watt model is perfectly adequate. The bright white 6000 degree Kelvin temperature and available lumens give us all of the light that we need to let us work and walk safely anywhere between our house and the shop, so that's a big win. The 50,000+ hour life expectancy is just gilding the lily since averaging about ten hours a day of use, that means it should be well over thirteen years of saving money before I have to climb that ladder again.
