This solar fountain works really well. It's made from good quality materials. It goes together easily with two different options. One option has three different tops for different sprays and the second option has the discs for a cascading effect. That actually makes four different options. I'm using this in a plastic tub on top of my birdbath because the birdbath itself isn't deep enough and I have to scrub it often with a wire brush where using a plastic tub it's easier to clean. This fountain works when the sun is shining on the solar panel. It's slows down when it's cloudy and stops when it gets dark which is fine because birds aren't out at night. I feel this way it extends the life of the pump only working during the day. The cord from the pump to the solar panel is long making it easy to put anywhere. It helps attract birds to my yard and it's fun watching them splash around when it's hot outside

I bought this fountain to replace my 8w fountain in the bird bath my husband destroyed with a weed Wacker. Good thing he did because this one is better! Small pump but it pushes a lot. I even noticed that it was still running an hour after being in the shade! All my other ones stop once the sun isn't hitting the panel anymore. Great buy!

Works great! I’m not sure if mine just hasn’t charged enough (I set it up kinda late in the day when it arrived), because so far it doesn’t hold a charge. Not really an issue for me, because I’m using it in a small pond that I only hang out by in the daytime.Packaging was good, EXCEPT they literally fold the tubing over, rather than coiling it. This leads to some pretty major kinks. I docked a star for that. I left mine out in the sun to try to unkink it, so hopefully it straightens out a bit.Set up is very straightforward and easy, and so far I’m not disappointed.
