I purchased this dimmer switch to automate my porch light with sunrise and sunset scheduling. The instructions were easy to follow, installation was a breeze, and the device connected to Alexa seamlessly. If you’re looking to upgrade a light switch at a reasonable price, this product is a great option.

This is a very fresh review—it’s only been 2 days since installation. So far, the switch works flawlessly. Installation is simple if you know the basics of electrical work. It works with Alexa, and the dimmer function also works, but it depends on the type of bulbs you use. I installed 8-watt, 2700-lumen LED bulbs and had to set the dimmer between 50% and 100% because below 50% the lights were flickering.Alexa works as I mentioned, and the WiFi connection is also flawless. I’ve already ordered additional dimmer switches and a few regular ones. Time will tell.
The dimmer portion of this switch is not the smoothest, but it does work. Automation via app works great; we automate many of our lights for both convenience and security purposes (simulate presence while being away).
Alexa says good things about this switch for an Amazon review: "I'm not quite sure about it." So far, so good. I had a rough time installing it in a two and 3-gang box, which is more related to the narrow space switch, wires, connectors, etc. The installation is straightforward; they include all you need for installation, including the wire caps and wall plate. The connection with the GoSund app and Alex was almost instantaneous. I dismissed all wall plates once I kept mine - American standard. The dimmer function is fantastic and works very well. Fancy, too - in the middle of the knob.
