The lamp base is pretty light, so if you do use the lamp as intended and shift the head forward, it WILL fall forward unless it's been secured to the desk in some way. It's annoying, but not an impossible fix if you have some tape or weight etc.The second thing is the power bar function. It's cool, but has some drawbacks. The lamp light flickers VERY noticeably when I plug my macbook adapter in and charge my macbook at the same time. To the point where I just don't use it for my macbook anymore. However, I do use the usb chargers and charge my phone easily while I work, and that works fine.Overall, I think it's a smart design. But I would gladly pay extra for one with a heavy base, stable power bar usage,and perhaps even brighter setting.

My daughter loves it, has it in her dorm room. Ligjting is more than enough and the additional charging ports are great.

It has a light, cheap feel but seems to function OK.The base could use some weight to it;When the lamp arm is tilted forward too much,the lamp falls over.All of the controls are flat, no texture, no bumps.It's difficult to find the on switch if it is dark;you would need a flashlight.I had to put some tape on the base so I can find the on switch in the dark.Having extra plugs and charger ports is convenient.

I’m very happy with the this purchase for my son’s dorm room desk. All the different outlets are great, and the multiple brightness/natural light color options are nice. We did use a non-slip coaster under the base so it doesn’t move because it’s light weight, but it also comes with little stickers as well.

I love this lamp. It is on my desk and it’s so easy to turn on. I love how you can change the angles and lighting shades. The plug-in cord is sturdy and very nice, not like thin plastic cords. The lamp doesn’t take up a lot of room.

I really like this product, so far probably in my top 5 Amazon purchases ever and I buy a lot so. The lighting really good, the colors are nice, I like that I can change its brightness which is has a pretty large range of. Worked to charge my stuff, and over all very reliable. 2 things they can improve on however, if the bottom just had a little more weight it would make it way more sturdy. Secondly, I wish the buttons had more texture to them as in if they had a bump so that I could feel them in the dark as I was using this lamp to help me wake up at very early hours of the morning. So instead of using my phone light to turn on the light, I could just use my hand to feel where the button to turn it on is. That also would really help those with disabilities. The last 2 reasons are the only reason why I gave it 4 stars.

This sleek lamp is awesome like sauce! perfect fit for my little work space. I have OA & was struggling to turn my old lamps on because I had to twist the thing that turned them on, often having to give up & work in not so great lighting. The fact that this lamp is touch operated is a HUGE deal for me. Speaking of lighting, this lamp is BRIGHT on the 1st setting (kinda like those super bright headlights that blind oncoming drivers and make it so you can see 10 miles ahead.. jk, but it is bright), which will be good if I have to mend something. I find the 2nd & 3rd settings a lot easier on my eyes for general office use. This has got to be one of my top purchases from Amazon. I am going to be buying at least one more to put in the space where I like to do my artwork. Great value for the $14 I paid for it, I can charge multiple devices & even plug my little desk fan into it.

The first one I bought lasted less than an hour, then the light went out and it stopped charging my phone (that was the only extra thing I had plugged into it). I switched outlets twice and unplugged it for an hour and tried it again (even though I knew that wouldn't do anything) and it was done. It wouldn't work. I was disappointed because it was a perfect lamp for my needs.I almost just returned it for a refund but it was too good not to try one more time. I'm glad I did. The second one was sent to me about a month ago and it's worked perfectly since. I use this on my desk at work so on average it's used, either as just a charger or a charger and a lamp, for an average of 40ish hours a week for a month with no issues.The light brightness is adjustable so it's as bright as you want it to be (very bright on its highest setting). The neck adjusts in 2 spots so you can easily get it to the angle you need. The charging ports all work great and I use those every work day, as many as 3 at a time (there are 4). I haven't used the plugs much because I haven't needed them but they all work.If you think this fits your needs then definitely buy it. Just use it way before the return date in case you happen to get a dud like I initially did.
