Really like this pendant but had to return it. It was visually too large for my use. It was well packaged and easy to assemble.

Outstanding quality and craftsmanship. I was skeptical given “frequently returned “ notation, but like anything you have to read the actual reviews. Nothing was broken. Everything was well packaged easy assembly. Thickness of glass is what I would expect not too thin not too thick. I read some low reviews of the lights not being there long enough I have 10 foot ceilings and they were perfect though if you have a vaulted ceiling, this would be a challenge The description within the photos however make it clear what the lengths are so that should be known prior to ordering if it’s going to be too short Electrician had no problem with installation. Everything needed was included. Only feedback is the visual instructions could’ve been a little bit more specific of how to assemble the lights, but I definitely figured it out. I couldn’t be more happy.

The instructions are diagram only. It’s hard to see from the diagram but there are 2 rubber washers attached to the screws that hold the glass portion on. Those need to be separated and applied to both sides of the glass as a buffer between the glass and metal. The glass is a bit thinner than I would’ve liked but it’s pretty for the price.

Hung 2 of these over a new build kitchen island. Compliments from everyone. Kitchen cupboards are black and island white marble. Bought the satin nickel finish, blends perfectly. Great size for a 6' island.

Contractor overtightened one of the screws, cracking the glass lamp. I emailed the seller who immediately sent me a replacement -- at no additional cost. It arrived within a couple of days. Thank you!
